    Over-all the service I’ve received from Flow has been pretty awesome. But my last visit left me a little perplexed! My car is a manual transmission and requires someone knowing how to operate it vehicle properly! ( The person who moved my car was not familiar with driving a manual and from the smell of the odor may have almost burned out the clutch or damaged it ) When I received my vehicle back from maintenance it had a horrible burning smell coming from my vehicle. I was told to drive it and the smell should dissipate! That was on a Saturday morning when I received my vehicle back. This smell was so bad and the fear of me damaging my vehicle I purchased a rental vehicle to commute back and forth to work until I could get the vehicle back to the maintenance department ! It was then that I suggest flushing out the transmission fluid! The smell is still there but it is not as strong an odor! Just glad to have my vehicle back and hoping for no more transmission issues from my last visit. This is the only bad thing I’ve had to say about flow but as a potential future customer looking to purchase a new vehicle this service could be much improved!

    I am always satisfied with the service I receive at Flow Volkswagen of Greensboro and I attribute a good deal of that to Donovan Lofton. He truly cares about each customer. I leaned that early on when lived over three hours away in Wrightsville Beach and my mom was in Moses Cone Hospital in Greensboro. I needed help with getting my Jetta in right away. Donovan even offered to come up the hospital to pick up my car. He went way out of his way to show compassion. I have always gotten the best of service there and appreciate it!

    This is now the 2nd visit on a car with 8700 miles total. 1. The recall for the atlas engine cover is not complete. There is no replacement available. Just now it gone….. not what I paid for when I bought it. 2. The seat creaks when I drive and this was not reproducible I was told. I left the dealership and it happened immediately. I took the service writer for a ride to confirm it and then demonstrated it to the tech who said they have changed a few of them. Why was this not an option ninth first place? We were ready to send me on my way with the problem unfixed…. I’m happy that it finally got completed but it feels like I’m just being pushed off down the road without really addressing the issues on a “newer” car
