When I called to get my appointment ur customer service was rude,and didn't put correct information on my service appointment. And when I arrived your customer service guy was rude and completely uninformable on my questions. In which I won't return to your dealership, I'll go to Burlington for my next service

The service was awesome from calling to schedule maintenance until my service was completed. Once I arrived and talked to Larry he patiently listened while I explained what I thought was wrong with my vehicle. He asked some questions and I didn't need what I thought I did. The technician was very thorough and talked through each step of the work he completed on the service video. After my car was ready for pickup I immediately received a text to pay online which made the transaction process easier. I would recommended these guys to anyone. They are an example how customers want and deserve to be treated!
