    Multiple issues with this service visit. 8am appointment took until 6pm, and not all needs were addressed or were not correctly addressed. And there was not discussion with me about the service visit and what was done or not done (even though the tech said the resolution of one item on the list was discussed with me…it never was). And another issue of partial tinting removal was obviously not understood, since all of the window tinting was removed. A paint repair could not be performed because “the mobile paint guys are only there on Fridays”, which was never presented as a scheduling limitation. Finally, the scheduled maintenance visit (in my case a 30k) seems to be a puzzle at check in. And per VW guidelines, not all items were completed even though this was scheduled as a 30k service.
