Service was fine. It was good to see the required repair on video and the repair was good value for money. The only thing was that we had to wait for 2 hours and were not kept well informed of the delay.

First, I will say that Brandon, the gentleman that checked me in was very polite and did an awesome job of taking care of me, however, the technician who worked on the vehicle left the top plastic cover that snaps on top of the engine loose. I found it when I got home and opened the hood to check things over. I snapped it back in place. I do not believe the whistling sound I hear while driving is related to the turbo as was mentioned by the technician. They also told me that the screen in the dash freezing up was a known issue at Volkswagen but there is not a fix for it at this time. In my investigating, I notice that this issue has been going for quite a few years now so I would suspect that there would be a fix for it by now. I also was not informed on this issue when I was buying my car late this summer 2024. Is VW hiding this issue from prospective customers?

The service and the staff were exceptional - 5 star. Some other aspects were 1 star. My total display has gone dark twice, shutting off safety systems as well as displays. There is a NHSTA recall but VW says they don't know how to fix it - even after several months. This is dangerous, not just inconvenient. Also, the only technician who can work on electric vehicles (ID.4) was overbooked so you had to keep my car for 5 days rather than one. FYI, I have reported the safety system shutdown to VW, NHSTA, and the NC Attorney General. In my chat with VW, they actually SUGGESTED reporting through a state "lemon law" if I wasn't satisfied with their response. I am not dissatisfied with FLOW or your personnel. It is VW that designed the car and I believe that you sold it to me in good faith. Nevertheless, you may be the ones that hear from the Attorney General office if they actually follow up...
