    Always responsive service. Love the videos of my car and what is being done. You know all along the way the timing and are finished when they say they are. Showroom and waiting areas are immaculate and overall great customer service.

    Car is running better but my locks and security did not work after the work was done. Today, I found that my driver window no longer automatically opens and closes when I went into a parking garage. The other windows do work automatically. I haven’t called yet because I didn’t have time in my work day today. I do not want to be expected to pay for this repair for a window that never had a problem before.

    The text updates are informative and convenient. The video explanation of what was fixed on my vehicle was the best part! Brandon was very helpful and friendly too!

    I noticed disjointed communication from the service department vs customer service for my pre-purchase inspection. It made it confusing to know who was contacting me, estimate of when my car would be ready, incomplete cost estimate (did not include the inspection cost), and there were long gaps between responses. This was my first time with any of the Flow businesses and it did not instill confidence. If I actually need a repair, I will think twice before returning.
