This honestly has been a terrible experience! My car was coding that it was running hot so I took it in for service on Monday. By that afternoon they told me it was ready to go they didn't find any leaks of any faulty equipment and that I was good to go but they said I would need a flush and refill so that's what we did, only to drive it home and it does the same thing I bring the car back and tell them that the issue is still there so the service advisor insured me they would take care of it. After 5 more days no one still knows anything and I'm getting the run around about being able to get a loaner car since they are holding my car and giving me little to no updates on the status of it. Everytime someone tells me they are going to give me updates I have 2 call back myself and sit on hold for 10 to 15minutes just to hear from the advisor! Just remember communication is key!

I spent $31K on a Taos with a mfg. defect & when I rec. the courtesy of trading due to the weld error I gave the Taos PLUS $9K hence $2K ABOVE MSRP. So of course I feel both appreciative yet financially abused after now 9 purchases within our family during the past 2 decades with FLOW yet still anybody could have negotiated the Tijuana $41 cash deal. Yes equality but come on privilege should be earned & yet we certainly have for 2 decades!! Another $2500 off the cost should have been offered, esp. since this is a VW defect PLUS I had to buy $300 in a matt & cover for the Taos & put DeDona ceramic window tint at a cost of $860.

Called to schedule service for a state inspection and 2 safety recalls. Call and scheduling went very well...I was surprised to be scheduled the day after I called...however, actual service did not pan out. Was told there were 2-3 cars already in service for safety recalls and I would not get my car back until the next day. Turns out at 2pm the second say, the door handles had to be ordered (would not be on site until 3 days later); safety software update could not be loaded to car computer. Disappointed.
