Donovan took care of me during an unfortunate repair and made the recommendation to replace my rear brakes - I normally don't like an upsell but this made my stop for the door catch hardware replacement worth 2 days in the shop. Flow VW GSO gave me a loaner with no delay and I was back at work in no time. Picked my wife's car up 48 hours later and Donovan had detailed the car so well all my neighbors were commenting. I bought the car serviced at Flow VW GSO about 6-months ago - this experience was a timely reminder that it isn't the problems and repairs in life, it's how we handle them with a good attitude that matters.
