I had a flat tire and panicked as my son had to be picked up from school. I called VW Flow in Gso and Larry informed me that I had roadside assistance, he instantly texted me their number. Within 25 mins they arrived and had my spare put on. The next morning, VW Flow changed my tire for me and even gave me a ride to and from so I didn't miss work. Larry kept me updated through out the whole process, he was kind and professional. The driver, Joe, was also great! This might be the best customer service I have ever received and makes me want to continue driving VW moving forward! Thank you!
