The entire Flow VW of Greensboro staff is amazing. From the moment you entire you are greeted with courtesy and smiles. The employees are not only kind to customers but also to coworkers. I was very impressed with the atmosphere of team work in a what is traditional known as a very competitive industry. This shows the positive mentality of the leadership team… hats off to “Marvalous” Marva and Ron Parson!!! Honestly, the entire staff sets the tone for success. Stuart, Ziad, and Hatem’s enthusiasm, friendly dispositions and attentiveness to detail definitely helped seal the deal. Ron, who has been my car salesman for four previous purchase, always comes through and often exceeds my expectations… with vehicle style, performance, and features. He and his team stayed within my financial limits for payments, interest rate, and warranties. Stuart had all the paperwork ready to sign upon my arrival. I cannot say enough about the stellar customer service at this dealership. I enjoyed my car buying experience so much that I also took my daughter back to make a purchase. I highly recommend this dealership and team! They are truly unbeatable.

Well I’m very disappointed in the service department repair service. Larry the representative asked if I would like my interior cleaned and I responded yes, when I arrived to retrieve my vehicle the interior wasn’t done as requested. And to add insult to injury the hood wasn’t secured. Larry the representative wasn’t there when I arrived however he did notify me promptly that my vehicle was done.
