The moment you walk through the door the atmosphere was very welcoming from the receptionist to the general manager to the sales team to the service department and especially the mechanics were very knowledgeable of their vehicles.

Service was excellent and people were great. The only reason for no 5th star is the cost of over $400 to replace a battery seems excessive.

The staff were fantastic. Our sales rep Ziad was amazing. It took him fewer than 5-10 to hone in on what the right car was for us. We were looking at a Jetta but it was white and I made it clear I didn't want a white car. Within a few minutes of sitting down in Z's air conditioned office, he had located a beautiful Monterey Blue Pearl Jetta he said he could get in a couple days. When we went to pickup the vehicle Z insisted we drive it to make sure "This is the one." The dreaded trip to FNI turned out to be a very pleasant experience. Stuart came across as truly sincere. We had a great conversations without Stuart losing focus on the job at hand. I never thought buying a car could be this easy. I will always go to a Flow dealer first.

I could not be more thankful for my experience at Flow Volkswagen of Greensboro! I was fortunate enough to work with Z. He was so professional, but also treated me like family. I cannot recommend him enough!! This is my second Volkswagen I’ve purchased and I will be returning at some point to purchase number 3 only if Z is helping me!
